Ingrid Rivas / MSW

Ingrid is a dedicated and compassionate social worker with a rich background in individual and group counseling, as well as crisis intervention. Her journey is deeply shaped by her roots as a Latina, raised by her wonderful immigrant parents from Central America. This personal history gives her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of diverse cultural contexts, allowing her to build genuine relationships and support families from various backgrounds with empathy and care.

Ingrid earned her Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Being fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese enables her to connect with and support a wide range of communities, ensuring everyone feels heard and understood.

Ingrid is truly passionate about the well-being of her clients and is dedicated to making a positive impact in communities. In her practice, she embraces Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a strengths-based approach, and motivational interviewing to encourage growth and resilience in those she serves. Ingrid believes in the power of kindness, understanding, and collaboration to create meaningful change in people’s lives.

Patricia Oduah / LMHC (TRACK)

Patricia “Trish” is a compassionate clinician dedicated to helping women find healing and self-discovery. Trish believes in a holistic approach, recognizing that our minds, bodies, and spirits are deeply connected. She sees each person as wonderfully made, with God-given strength and purpose, and aims to help them rediscover that truth.

She understands how trauma, anxiety, abuse, women issues ( such as infertility, adoption, postpartum and perinatal care) and grief can weigh on you, and she's here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

Trish understands that our minds, bodies, and spirits are deeply connected, so she takes a holistic approach to healing, honoring the belief that each person is uniquely created with a purpose.

Trish speaks Spanish and Portuguese, adding a personal touch to her work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Trish often uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients break down overwhelming problems into manageable parts and develop healthier thought patterns. She also loves psychodynamic therapy, a bit like being a detective of your own mind—exploring hidden parts of yourself and uncovering the roots of your struggles.

Rashinda Key / MSW, LCSW

Rashinda is a compassionate and energetic advocate dedicated to empowering communities of color. She holds a master’s degree from Boston College School of Social Work, along with a certificate in trauma, and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts. Rashinda has extensive experience working with teenagers, young adults, and their families, allowing each individual's voice to be heard and valued.

With a focus on fostering resilience and healing, Rashinda specializes in guiding individuals through anxiety, depression, and life's transitions. She employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, and strength-based therapy, to create a supportive environment where clients can thrive.

Rashinda is committed to helping you break free from cultural stigmas and live authentically. Rashinda grew up understanding the weight of the phrase "What happens in the home, stays in the home," but she has since embraced a philosophy that encourages openness and self-empowerment.

Bianca Dunbar / MSW, LCSW

Bianca, a proud Boston native, brings over 15 years to the human services and education field, where she has passionately served urban communities. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Wheelock College, now part of Boston University, and her Master's in Social Work from Simmons University. Bianca is deeply committed to providing compassionate mental health support, breaking down barriers, and challenging the stigma around accessing care in the communities she holds close to her heart.

Bianca has a strong passion for working with communities of color, understanding the unique challenges and traumas they often face. Her dedication to creating a safe and affirming space allows individuals to heal, grow, and reclaim their strength. Bianca's work is not just about therapy—it's about empowering individuals to overcome the impacts of trauma and systemic challenges, fostering resilience and hope.

With a wealth of experience, Bianca has supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, and trauma. She believes in meeting clients exactly where they are, offering a safe space filled with understanding and trust. Laura-Kay Demezieux / MSW, LCSW

As a first-generation, trauma-certified clinician, Laura-Kay is dedicated to breaking generational cycles. Using a multicultural framework, she believes that everyone has the capacity to heal, so long as they choose.

Through authenticity, honesty, and transparency, she aims to cultivate a safe, brave, and non-judgmental environment where all her clients believe that they are valued, respected, and heard. As a Black, Caribbean woman, she is committed especially to supporting Black and Brown individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem/confidence issues, and those struggling with everyday challenges.

Laura-Kay utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches with a trauma-informed lens. She believes that everyone has a natural ability to heal and grow and in the power of therapy to enhance one's capacity for curiosity, self-compassion, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of self-worth.

She is here to collaborate with her clients as they work on becoming the best versions of themselves. Laura-Kay recognizes that her clients are the experts in their own lives; her job is never to tell them what to do but instead, to provide them with the tools, resources, and guidance to support them in making the decisions that they feel are best for themselves.


Elsa Gonzalez / MSW, LICSW 

Elsa Gonzalez holds her Master of Social Work and is licensed as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW). Elsa has experience working with college-age young adults, adults of all walks of life as well as the Latinx community. Elsa uses she/her pronouns and speaks Spanish. 

Elsa uses an intersectionality approach as a lens of understanding her client's story and struggles. She has experience working with issues of depression, anxiety, transitional and adjustment issues, PTSD, and trauma.  

In session, Elsa utilizes approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. 

Elsa focuses on helping her clients achieve mind and body wellness, as well as managing limiting beliefs that are getting in the way of their well-being.  


Nelliza Valencia / lmhc (ELIGIBLE)

Nelliza has been a Bilingual Clinician since 2008 and graduated from Cambridge College in Boston, MA receiving her Master in Education-Mental Health Counseling. 

She graduated with a bachelor's in Arts of Psychology from Interamerican University in San Juan, PR. She is a Certified Life Coach working with person-centered holistic approaches.

Her clinical specialties include Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Nelliza's proactive clinician approach provides wraparound services for adjustments/transitions in life.

Her clinical specialties support emotion regulation and distress tolerance to create individual, interpersonal effectiveness.

She is experienced in working with individual culturally diverse belief systems; as well as clients who struggle to work with acute stress, ADHD, different levels of anxiety/depression, stabilization in substance abuse disorders, and trauma.


Heather Centeio / MSW, LCSW

Heather received her MSW from Simmons University and has over 10 years of social work experience and 5 years of clinical experience.

Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Heather has experience with Individual therapy working with young adults & teens.

She has experience working with those struggling anxiety, depression, stress management and trauma. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing with her clients.

Heather is passionate about helping others thrive and providing a safe space for others to express themselves and work on bettering their quality of life.

She hopes to help clients feel better on the inside and heal a little every day.


Yedjhana Labady / MSW, LCSW

Yedjhana Labady is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a dedicated therapist specializing in offering empathetic mental health support. With years of experience in the field, she has developed a deep understanding of how to help individuals struggling with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal/postpartum women's issues, and life transitions. Yedjhana's passion lies in providing compassionate and personalized mental health care, ensuring that every individual she works with feels heard, understood, and supported.

She believes in the power of blending evidence-based practices with empathy and culturally curated understanding. By incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness exercises, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care into sessions, she aims to empower her clients with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and overcome obstacles on their path to wellness.

Whether individuals are struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression, processing past trauma, or navigating significant life transitions, Yedjhana is here to support them every step of the way. Sarai Perez / MSW, LICSW

Sarai is a BIPOC, Masters level therapist who has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with adult women who are struggling with life stressors associated with anxiety, depression, and change.

She has experience working with women struggling with motherhood, work-life balance, school stress, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

Sarai's motto is “Life is hard, it doesn't come with a roadmap, but everyone needs a little help along the way.”

Sarai is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them tackle life challenges through understanding and a strong therapeutic relationship. Sarai utilizes the following therapeutic interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-dynamic, along with motivational interviewing.


Mary lynn burke / MSW,licsw

Mary Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with extensive experience in supporting adult women through life transitions, postpartum and perinatal care, academic and career stress, as well as anxiety and depression. She believes, “Our needs evolve as we do, so it makes sense that our self-care may look different as we move through life.”

Mary Lynn integrates a strengths-based and mindfulness-focused approach in her practice, helping clients cultivate an authentic, fulfilling life. By tapping into creativity and curiosity, she empowers her clients to quiet outdated beliefs, confidently face challenges, and move closer to their goals.

As an artist, Mary Lynn incorporates her creative side into therapy, encouraging clients to explore new perspectives and embrace their full selves. She is passionate about helping women find empowerment in the beauty they already possess, guiding them toward a more enriched and balanced life.


Lucinda DosSantos / msw

Lucinda specializes in helping clients navigate the complexities of parenting stress and the challenges faced by older adults as they age. With over 18 years of experience in mental health counseling, Lucinda works with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering support that addresses both practical and emotional needs.

Throughout her career, Lucinda has developed a compassionate, client-centered approach, providing therapy that focuses on meeting individuals “where they are” in life. Whether helping parents manage the stress of raising children or guiding older adults through life transitions, her goal is to empower her clients to reach their fullest potential.

Lucinda’s therapeutic approach is strength-based, drawing on techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to foster growth and resilience. She believes that the foundation of effective therapy lies in building a trusting relationship and creating collaborative goals tailored to each client’s unique journey.

Lucinda earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston University.


Gerelyn Baez / MSW, LCSW

An Afro-Latina licensed clinical social worker with four years of clinical experience; Gerelyn has worked primarily with adolescents, adults, and families. Gerelyn works with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and intimate partner violence (IPV). 

Recieving her Master's in Social Work at Boston College, Gerelyn utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with her clients. 

Gerelyn believes "life will always have challenges, it is the reaction to those experiences that matter most to one's overall well-being.”

Passionate about her work, Gerelyn assists clients in developing the necessary tools to gain deeper insights into their thoughts, emotions, and thinking patterns.


Yeniffer Senices / MSW, LCSW

Yennifer is a Latina bilingual therapist who specializes in working with adolescents, families, men, and women.

She has experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, women's issues, parenting stress, relationship/ family conflict, Depression, and work-life balance stressors.

Yennefer utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, Motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy to provide her clients with the support and tools they need.

Yennifer is passionate about breaking through cultural barriers and taboos to prioritize mental health.

Her approach to therapy starts by creating a relationship of trust and teaching her clients to identify their emotions and beliefs to begin to know themselves fully.

 

Noemy Santos / MSW,lcsw

Noemy is a creative soul who holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University and is a practicing mental health provider, Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts. 

Noemy takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to working with those experiencing mental health symptoms associated with: abuse, chronic illness, grief and loss, economic, relational, and occupational psychosocial stressors. 

Her professional and lived-experiences drive her passion for creatively cultivating space for people to find the most effective ways to explore their thoughts and feelings. She incorporates a curated blend of culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic modalities combined with expressive, and solution-based techniques.

Noemy is equipped and experienced with the following evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
